To be fair and not preach in favor of my own benefits this session we will only talk about the benefits of renting first and the pitfalls of buying. The number one reason for renting is you have a place to live. Renter don’t have to pay for maintenance, interest, or homeowner’s insurance. It’s kinda like staying with your parents except for you must pay rent. Unfortunately for the homeowner, when the water heater breaks, unlike the renter they must pay to get the water heater fixed. Since renters must pay a deposit when they sign a lease, they are relinquished of all responsibility to the property. As for the owner of the property they are never not responsible for their property and when a renter decides not to take care of the property the owner must fix it. The owners only consolation is that they get to keep the deposit which may or may not cover the repair cost. Fortunately for the renter that is not their problem. So being a renter is great if you want all the benefits of living in a house or apartment without any of the financial responsibility of being a homeowner. This also denies you all of the benefits of home ownership but we will cover that nest time.

""Finding a rental management company while also in the process of transferring and moving down to Florida from Virginia. I love that they have been quick to respond via email, my schedule is hectic so I do not have time to talk on the phone, but I can always check my email. They have been able to answer all my millions of questions, and give advice when needed. I like that I can rent my property and include what I want and choose how I want to rent it. Best part is they charge a flat free as oppose to competitors that charge a percentage of the rental income, which ate up most of the profit trying to make.""
