Mike was called by an inspector because I was looking at an EIFS house. Mike was very knowledgeable about the benefits & disadvantages a homeowner may face with that type of home exterior.
Mike was very patient with house searching as I traveled from out of state as a military spouse. There were some unknown obstacles with 2 homes we placed contracts on; one was a septic tank disaster found on inspection.
He knew how to advise me in both situations. The contract on the sound home I purchased went smoothly. He knows who to call for inspections & mortgage and could advise me on the potential cost benefits and losses on home renovations I was contemplating.

Mike was recommended to my wife and I for the purchase of our house in Hampton Roads. We did not know the area or the school districts. Mike provided a detail description of the area and which ones were increasing with value versus stagnant. We flew out to Virginia Beach and looked at neighborhood with Mike, to include a few houses and then flew back to California. We trusted Mike opinion and knowledge so much that we bought our house having never seeing it in person. Mike connected us with an excellent broker and the whole process went very smoothly. We liked the house so much that we kept it after leaving the area with hopes of returning to it. Mike has remained in touch with me since then and I recommend him to anyone I know moving to the area.
